Summary: We’re a rapidly growing Boston-based brand and creative agency that’s looking for an excellent graphic designer to support a variety of projects. We work with arts and sports based clients. This position will work closely with the Creative Director and is fully remote, but will need to be EST based. It is a freelance position with potential to convert to a full time employee. The ideal candidate could work up to 20-30 hours per week.

In This Role You Will:
- Work closely with our Creative Director to successfully create and manage all creative development of a client’s account.
- Lead and support concept development of design solutions, including suggestion of innovation across multiple platforms.
- Conceptualize layouts for print collateral and advertising.
- Ensure marketing, product, and sales materials meet customer requirements.
- Edit and publish layout design and content.
- Adapt loose project ideas into creative design.
- Extend design layouts to multiple sizes and configurations.
- Manage and execute full creative lifecycle; briefs, concepting, design, production, and final deliverables.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years experience as a graphic designer preferably at a design/advertising agency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited art, design school or university.
- Proficiency of motion graphics is preferred.
- Outstanding design ability.
- Ability to take creative direction and have strong attention to detail.
- Experience in creating print collateral, identity design, advertising, environmental and digital.
- Strong use of topography and design layout creation.
- Ability to prepare final mechanicals for print and digital platforms.
- Ability to maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working style with team members.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility when responding to changing conditions on projects.
