Compensation Range: $45-55/hr per hour
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer on behalf of our financial services and banking client. This role will play a key part in developing and executing visually engaging digital content that aligns with our brand and enhances audience engagement on social media, specifically LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, with a specific focus on social media graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Design compelling and brand-aligned visual assets for the client's LinkedIn channel, including graphics, animations, and other digital content that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the social media, content, and marketing teams to understand project objectives, ensure cohesive messaging, and maintain brand standards.
- Develop innovative and visually engaging social media graphics tailored to LinkedIn, optimizing content for platform-specific requirements and best practices.
- Support end-to-end design processes, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on social media and design trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to drive engagement and relevance for our brand.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media work, particularly on LinkedIn or other professional platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of digital and social media design principles, particularly for LinkedIn or business-oriented channels.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategic messaging into visually compelling social media content.
- Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
