Indie Consulting is seeking a dynamic PR Specialist with experience in the beauty industry to join our fractional resourcing team on a contract basis. This role will support the Head of PR & Influencer on a client team for a beauty brand. This candidate will manage PR calendars, review press materials, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign value.

What you will be doing:
Responsibilities

Support the Head of PR & Influencer on all PR initiatives, events and activations

Own and update the PR calendar and activation timelines across the brand

Review and approve press materials, key message documents, briefing documents, and media assets

Generate innovative ideas and identify agile opportunities to enhance campaigns, challenging agency partners on existing strategies and executions

Manage day-to-day project coordination between agency partner and brand teams for brand activations, product launches, and events

Conduct light pitching to existing beauty PR and news media contacts as needed

Collaborate with Global PR counterparts, keeping them informed about plans

Lead earned reporting against benchmarks and KPIs, sharing insights with senior stakeholders internally

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in PR within a client environment
