You will also serve as the senior production leader on-site for flagship programmes, providing calm, decisive leadership to clients, partners and internal teams. Depending on the project, you may oversee a wider team of producers or take a more hands-on role in the day-to-day delivery.
What You'll Do
- Establish scalable production systems, standards and ways of working across the account.
- Provide senior oversight across multiple concurrent experiential programmes and live activations.
- Act as the senior authority on production feasibility, innovation and executional excellence.
- Anticipate project requirements, identify potential challenges and guide teams towards effective solutions.
- Serve as the senior production leader on-site for major activations and live events.
- Act as the central escalation point for critical production decisions.
- Maintain a calm, confident and solutions-focused presence during high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
- Provide clarity and reassurance to clients, partners, vendors and internal teams throughout delivery.
- Hold ultimate accountability for portfolio-level budget performance and margin protection.
- Oversee project forecasting, staffing strategies and resource allocation, supporting the Director of Experiential Production.
- Help identify and secure freelance production talent and specialist vendor partners when required.
- Balance creative ambition with operational, financial and practical considerations.
- Act as the senior production voice within client engagements, leading conversations around scope, investment, risk and execution strategy.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through consistency, transparency and strong production leadership.
- Lead, mentor and develop producers across different levels of seniority.
- Define and reinforce production best practices, accountability standards and expectations.
- Develop succession plans and strengthen the agency's wider production capabilities.
- Anticipate and mitigate production, financial, safety and reputational risks.
- Uphold consistently high standards across craft, safety and operational integrity.
- Lead post-programme evaluations, translating key learnings into meaningful improvements across future projects.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful and accountable culture across the agency.
- Remain a hands-on production leader who is comfortable managing teams while contributing directly when required.
What You'll Bring
- 12+ years of progressive experience within experiential marketing, live events, integrated production or a closely related discipline.
- Significant experience operating in an Executive Producer or equivalent senior production leadership role.
- A proven track record of leading large-scale, high-profile experiential programmes and live events.
- The ability to oversee several complex projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility across budgets, teams, timelines and risks.
- Strong commercial acumen, including portfolio-level financial management, forecasting and margin protection.
- Extensive experience developing production strategies, operational systems and scalable ways of working.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the credibility to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
- The confidence to lead conversations around project scope, investment, feasibility, risk and execution.
- A calm, decisive leadership style and the ability to inspire confidence in high-pressure environments.
- Strong on-site leadership experience, including acting as the senior escalation point during flagship events and activations.
- A sophisticated understanding of production feasibility, suppliers, staffing, safety and operational delivery.
- Experience recruiting, managing, mentoring and developing multidisciplinary production teams.
- The ability to balance ambitious creative ideas with commercial realities and executional requirements.
- Strong judgement, attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to quality.
- A collaborative, respectful and solutions-oriented approach to working across Creative, Account and Production teams.
- The willingness and ability to remain hands-on, adapting your level of day-to-day involvement to the needs of each project.
- Experience delivering work within the automotive, luxury or premium consumer space would be highly advantageous.
