Job Description:
In this role, you'll lead UX strategy, user research, design thinking workshops, and end-to-end experience design across enterprise technology solutions. You'll partner closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive adoption and business value.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools
- Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- UX certifications and enterprise transformation experience
