JOB TITLE: Sr. UX/ IA Designer
LOCATION: Chicago, IL (hybrid onsite 3 days per week)
PAY RATE: $60ph / w2
DURATION: contract to hire
HOURS: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week
5 years of experience within:
- Component libraries
- CMS block design
- Drupal-related work
- User flows and workflow diagrams
- Design system thinking
- Examples demonstrating strong attention to detail
Core Requirements, Must-Haves:
- Information Architecture (IA)
- UX workflow design and journey mapping
- Complex process/user flows
- CMS experience, preferably Drupal
- Component-based design systems
- Experience designing both front-end and back-end experiences
- Strong UAT/QA mindset
- Ability to partner effectively with developers and product managers

- E-commerce environments
- Checkout/payment experiences
- Account management portals
- Secure transactional systems
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ5)
- Enterprise-scale organizations
