About Us
LAGOM is a fast-growing consumer brand startup based in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, building a portfolio of modern lifestyle and e-commerce brands. We operate with a lean, creative, and fast-moving team where ideas can quickly turn into campaigns, content, partnerships, and customer experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and internet-native Social Media Strategistto help grow our brands through content, campaigns, partnerships, and community.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just follow trends—you understand why content works and know how to turn insights into stronger ideas, campaigns, and content direction. You will help lead monthly campaign and content planning, analyze performance, review content quality, develop growth initiatives, and identify opportunities across creators, communities, and social platforms.
You will work closely with our content producers, designers, social media team, and paid media team to turn ideas into high-quality content that builds the brand and drives measurable growth.
This is not primarily a daily channel-management or hands-on content creator role. We are looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking, brand-building judgment, aesthetic sense, and a strong understanding of social media culture.
Portfolio or relevant social media work samples are required. Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.
