Sales & Marketing Community Manager I | Remote

Location: Remote (USA)

Contract: 12 Months | Possible Extension

Pay Rate: $23 $25/hour

We are looking for a Community Manager I to manage social media communities, engage directly with consumers, and represent the brand across owned social channels. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Sprinklr experience and a strong background in social media engagement and copywriting.

Key Requirements

Bachelor s degree required.
English as a first language.
1 2+ years of experience in community management/social media.
Hands-on Sprinklr experience is required.
Experience managing social media communities and engaging with consumers.
Strong social media copywriting and editing skills.
Experience handling both proactive and reactive consumer interactions.
Knowledge of social media risk management and identifying emerging risks.
Ability to monitor social channels, identify opportunities, and flag issues.
Experience creating FAQs, consumer responses, and social media content.
Ability to maintain brand voice and create culturally relevant, social-native engagement.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
