We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer campaigns and manage creator relationships within our client’s retail media network. Join a dynamic environment focused on expanding creator ecosystems and building strategic brand safety and creator care initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Bentonville, Arkansas
Influencer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities for influencer and creator channels, including strategy implementation and communication.
- Develop and execute initiatives to ensure brand safety, high-quality creator support, and effective campaign activation.
- Analyze and forecast creator efforts, adjusting plans based on measurable outcomes to reduce risk.
- Identify potential issues impacting brand reputation or platform performance, and develop preventative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and performance targets are met.
Influencer Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in areas such as influencer marketing, digital advertising, operations, or e-commerce.
- Proven industry relationships with clients or internal teams within retail, media, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with partners across multiple channels and formats.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a talent for developing scalable processes.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate programs independently and proactively develop strategic frameworks.
