Social & Content Coordinator, ELJ
Location: Fairfield County, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Social Media & Influencer, Marea
About Marea + ELJMarea is a growing women's lifestyle brand rooted in coastal heritage style and inspired by the places, traditions, and communities that shape life by the water. Founded by Liz Joy, Marea has grown from a founder-led idea into a broader brand and community with a distinct point of view across fashion, lifestyle, and experiences.
Alongside Marea, Liz has built a highly engaged personal platform, ELJ, where she shares her perspective across fashion, beauty, travel, interiors, family, and entrepreneurship. ELJ is both a personal creative platform and a growing business across social, affiliate commerce, editorial content, and brand partnerships. While ELJ and Marea each have their own voice and purpose, there is a unique opportunity for the two to thoughtfully strengthen one another.
About the RoleWe're looking for a highly organized, creative, and digitally native Social + Content Coordinator to join our team, fully dedicated to ELJ. Reporting to Marea's Director of Social, you'll work closely with Liz and our Brand Marketing team to support the continued growth of ELJ across social, content, affiliate, and brand partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the creative and operational sides of a successful creator platform. You're as comfortable editing a Reel or spotting a strong content opportunity as you are maintaining a calendar, coordinating a partnership, organizing product, or making sure every detail is ready ahead of a key moment. - Track growth and performance across ELJ's key channels and business streams
- Identify repeatable content formats, topics, and audience behaviors that can inform future planning
