We're partnering with an exciting beauty brand seeking a Contract to hire Graphic Designer/Visual Merchandiser to bring product stories to life through engaging retail experiences, merchandising concepts, and creative marketing assets.
In this role, you'll combine creative vision with strategic execution, developing impactful visual merchandising solutions that enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop compelling visual merchandising concepts, displays, renderings, and retail animations
- Create marketing assets for print advertising, digital campaigns, promotions, and in-store experiences
- Produce production-ready files and creative materials while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution
- Source and coordinate materials, props, fixtures, and vendor partnerships
- Oversee production timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity and target audience expectations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Visual Communications, Exhibition Design, or related field
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or creative merchandising
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail environments, displays, merchandising concepts, and creative design work
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D design software
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of print production, materials, fabrication, and vendor management
- Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or retail brands strongly preferred
