The Role: The Junior Graphic Designer is part of the Creative Services team and is responsible for creating engaging digital content and visual assets across the Victrola and KLH brands while also supporting packaging, production, and other creative initiatives. Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital content and creative assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with established brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and experienced in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with a passion for creating content that strengthens our brands across digital and retail channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create engaging digital content and visual assets for e-commerce, social media, email marketing, websites, advertising, and other brand initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance of branded templates, creative assets, and design systems in Canva to support marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the creation and update of Amazon A+ Content, marketing graphics, sales presentations, spec sheets, and other promotional materials.
- Organize, maintain, and distribute creative assets within the content library for internal teams and external partners.
- Support UI/UX design initiatives by creating intuitive, visually engaging layouts and digital experiences that align with established brand standards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of production assets, including packaging, product manuals, and product labels across our product assortment.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate, production-ready design files to be shared with manufacturing partners, ensuring consistency with established brand, packaging, and production standards.
- Assist in the design, updating, and revising of product manuals, including managing translations using internal AI-assisted tools and workflows.
- Assist with product photography and video initiatives by coordinating with external partners and supporting shoot preparation and execution.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong creativity and design skills with the ability to execute across digital, marketing, and production projects.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva, including creating and maintaining branded templates and design systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint for sales and presentation materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent coursework/portfolio experience.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 0–1 years of professional graphic design experience; internships, freelance work, coursework projects, or a strong portfolio will be considered in lieu of formal work experience.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) required; a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required for consideration.
- Exposure to e-commerce content, packaging, or production design a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools a plus.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Must be able to utilize standard office equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, printer, etc.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for 0-2 hours per day and sit 6-8 hours per day.
- This position rarely requires bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, crouching, pushing or pulling.
- This position is rarely exposed to hazards, temperature extremes and vibrations.
- This position works in an occasionally noisy environment due to call volume throughout the day.
