About Richual
Richual is a premium Pilates and movement lifestyle brand creating elevated products for the studio and beyond. We started with grip socks and are expanding into Pilates accessories and other studio essentials, with a focus on thoughtful design, quality, and products people genuinely want to use.
We operate across both DTC and B2B, working directly with customers and partnering with studios, instructors, brands, and events through wholesale, custom products, and collaborations.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day growth of Richual across studio partnerships, events, email, e-commerce, and marketing operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable reaching out to people, and genuinely excited by brands, wellness, fashion, and community. You’ll work closely with the founder to build partnerships, execute events, manage email and e-commerce design, and support Richual’s growth through wholesale, partnerships, events, and other marketing channels outside of social media.
What You’ll Do
Studio & Partnership Outreach
- Identify and reach out to businesses that could be a fit for Richual wholesale, custom socks, pop-ups, or brand collaborations
- Pitch Richual’s products and partnership opportunities to potential accounts
- Manage follow-ups and keep partnership opportunities organized
- Build and maintain relationships with studio owners, instructors, and other potential partners
Events & Pop-Ups
- Own day-of execution for Richual pop-ups, activations, and events
- Work Richual events in person, representing the brand and interacting with customers
- Sell products, answer customer questions, and help drive sales
- Set up and break down Richual’s presence at events
- Coordinate with event partners, instructors, vendors, and venues
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and on-brand experience for attendees
Email Marketing
- Execute email campaigns based on Richual’s content and launch calendar
- Build, schedule, and send campaigns
- Coordinate copy, graphics, links, and product updates
- Help keep email marketing consistent and timely
- Support launches, promotions, new product drops, and studio/brand announcements
Website & E-Commerce
- Update homepage graphics, banners, product imagery, and collection merchandising
- Make website updates around new launches and promotions
- Keep products, links, pricing, and promotional details accurate and up to date
- Help ensure the website always reflects the current Richual collection and campaigns
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with freelance creatives and other partners as needed
- Help turn social content and campaign ideas into email, website, and partnership opportunities
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, and the details that keep launches and campaigns on track
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, studio relationships, and sales
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative without needing every step spelled out
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and building relationships
- Personable and confident representing a brand in person
- Strong eye for aesthetics and brand presentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led business
- Interested in Pilates, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Comfortable learning and working across platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, events, e-commerce, or a similar role
Bonus Points
- Experience working with a small or growing consumer brand
- Experience with Pilates, fitness, wellness, fashion, or retail
- Experience with wholesale or studio partnerships
- Experience working events, pop-ups, or brand activations
- Local to Northeast Ohio and available to work Richual events and pop-ups
