About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape brand strategy, modernize digital marketing, improve lead generation, and build scalable systems that directly support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing at CBI and JCE. The Marketing Manager will create, manage, and distribute sales materials, content for the websites, blog, email campaigns, and socials for both CBI and JCE including but not limited to:
· Develop and execute the annual marketing roadmap and budget for both CBI and JCE.
· Lead strategic modernization of both company websites and manage website performance, UX, content architecture, and conversion optimization.
· Manage and execute content strategy across websites, sales materials, blog, email, and social channels.
o Optimize digital content for discoverability across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered answer engines.
o Convert technical expertise into polished sales collateral, application stories, customer case studies, and branded materials.
· Create and maintain sales materials and resources for both internal and external use.
· Build campaigns that generate qualified leads through organic search, email marketing, digital advertising, remarketing, and industry media.
· Build a multimedia content engine including photography, equipment demos, field application videos, and customer success stories.
· Collaborate closely with company and sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals.
· Assess current freelance/vendor relationships and determine what should remain external versus brought in-house and manage any external marketing vendors.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
· 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or brand growth roles
· Strong experience with WordPress / CMS platforms
· Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics, and conversion optimization
· Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable working independently and building systems from scratch
· Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution
