Freelance Visual Designer (Merchandise/Experiential Retail)

Our client is looking for a Freelance Visual Designer to support an experiential retail installation for a major back-to-college program.

Location: Muskego, WI (Onsite)

Duration: July 29–31

Type: Freelance

Rate: Open, based on experience

Planograms, materials, and additional project details will be provided to qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

Install four in-store discovery wall displays across the Routine, Fashion, Home Décor, and Beauty categories.
Execute the installation onsite at a manufacturing facility in Muskego, WI.
Share progress photos with the project team throughout the installation process.
Make display updates and refinements based on team feedback through final approval.
Purchase approved styling or enhancement items as needed (reimbursable).

What We're Looking For

Background in visual merchandising, visual design, interior design, retail display, or a related creative field.
Experience with hands-on retail display installation and styling.
Able to work onsite in Muskego, WI (local candidates preferred; open to those traveling from the greater Chicago area).
Flexible to support the full project timeline, including any revisions if needed.
