Freelance Visual Designer (Merchandise/Experiential Retail)
Our client is looking for a Freelance Visual Designer to support an experiential retail installation for a major back-to-college program.
Location: Muskego, WI (Onsite)
Duration: July 29–31
Type: Freelance
Rate: Open, based on experience
Planograms, materials, and additional project details will be provided to qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Install four in-store discovery wall displays across the Routine, Fashion, Home Décor, and Beauty categories.
- Execute the installation onsite at a manufacturing facility in Muskego, WI.
- Share progress photos with the project team throughout the installation process.
- Make display updates and refinements based on team feedback through final approval.
- Purchase approved styling or enhancement items as needed (reimbursable).
What We're Looking For
- Background in visual merchandising, visual design, interior design, retail display, or a related creative field.
- Experience with hands-on retail display installation and styling.
- Able to work onsite in Muskego, WI (local candidates preferred; open to those traveling from the greater Chicago area).
- Flexible to support the full project timeline, including any revisions if needed.
