Part-Time Social Media Coordinator
ABOUT THE JOB
We're looking for someone local to Nashville, Tennessee to join our team part time as a Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator. This is a great fit for a new grad or someone still in school (2026, 2027, or beyond) who wants real, hands-on experience in the social media marketing agency world.
As Social Media Coordinator, you'll handle content ideation, social media research, and content creation and scheduling for our clients, who span a range of industries. You'll also help manage and grow our own agency's brand account alongside client work. Day to day, that means researching and pitching content ideas for us to shoot, and taking existing content libraries and turning them into new carousels, reels, and posts that keep accounts growing between shoots. This is a part-time, hybrid role. You'll join us in person for occasional shoots and collaboration sessions, while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely to handle research, planning, and editing.
We're in the business of growing real businesses, not just filling a content calendar. If that clicks for you, and you're excited to learn the craft side of it, this is your gig.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
• Please include a link to your portfolio, content you've made, edited, or helped grow (Instagram, TikTok, a Google Drive, whatever shows us your work)
• Must be local to Nashville, TN
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Content Ideation: Research trends, formats, and ideas, then turn them into real shoot concepts and edit plans for our clients. Not just “what's trending,” but what's trending and right for that brand
• Social Media Research: Stay sharp on what's actually working on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across different industries, and bring us ideas before we have to ask for them
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Take our existing content libraries and turn them into new carousels, reels, and posts; edit short-form video, build carousels using CapCut and Canva, and schedule content for our clients
• Internal Brand Support: Help manage and grow our own agency's brand account alongside client work
• Collaboration: Sit in on regular collaboration sessions with our team to plan content calendars, pitch ideas, and problem-solve for clients
CORE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you'll want to bring:
• No years of experience required, just a readiness to learn. This is a great fit for a new grad or someone still in school.
• A genuine love for and knowledge of social media. You're already paying attention to what's working on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond, and you have opinions about it.
• Strong research instincts and a good eye for aesthetics. You know a trend worth chasing, a shot worth taking, and a post that just looks right.
• A self-starter who thrives with a little independence. Once you've got the tools and direction, you run with it, no hand-holding needed.
• Comfortable editing on CapCut (or a similar mobile editor) and building carousels in Canva
• A natural collaborator who enjoys bouncing ideas around in team sessions, not just taking notes
• Based in Nashville
