RFP: Seeking an Experienced Executive Communications & Newsletter Writer

Role Description: We're looking for an experienced freelance writer or communications consultant to partner with us on Executive Report, a weekly executive newsletter.
We're seeking someone who can help develop, write, and evolve a high-quality executive publication that delivers insight, thought leadership, and value to our audience.
We're looking for someone with experience in:
• Executive ghostwriting and executive communications
• Weekly newsletter planning, writing, and editorial management
• Thought leadership content development
• Email marketing and newsletter strategy
• Copywriting and storytelling
• Social media content strategy and content repurposing
• Executive positioning and personal branding
• Interviewing subject matter experts and transforming conversations into compelling content
• Research, fact-checking, and synthesizing complex topics into engaging narratives
• Editorial calendars and content planning
• Consistently delivering high-quality work on weekly deadlines
Ideal candidates will have:
• A portfolio of executive newsletters, thought leadership, or C-suite communications
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• The ability to capture and maintain an executive's authentic voice
• Strong collaboration and project management skills
• Experience working directly with executives or leadership teams
• Ability to understand and consistently write in the Executive House brand voice: professional, insightful, conversational, and executive-focused
