Join the Green Choice Team!
Green Choice is one of Massachusetts' fastest-growing cannabis dispensaries, known for our creative marketing, strong community presence, and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule social media posts. You'll help develop creative ideas, produce engaging content, launch digital advertising campaigns, attend community events, collaborate with cannabis brands, and help shape the voice of one of Massachusetts' most recognizable cannabis retailers.
We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help grow our brand both online and in-store.
This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field who is eager to begin a career in marketing while working in the legal cannabis industry.
If you're passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing—and you're excited to build a portfolio while making a real impact with a growing company—we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content inside the dispensary and at community events.
- Edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and promotional content.
- Design digital and print marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach.
- Write compelling social media captions, promotional copy, blog content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with cannabis brands and vendors on collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Help organize vendor pop-ups, product launches, customer appreciation events, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain the company website with current promotions, events, and product information.
- Create and install in-store signage, promotional displays, and merchandising materials.
- Track marketing performance and compile reports using social media and website analytics.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, cannabis regulations, and emerging social media platforms.
- Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
