Klatch is a full-service marketing agency based in St. George, Utah. Most agencies skip the thinking. We don't. We build custom strategies for our clients and bring them to life with studio-grade creative and marketing systems that actually convert. Now we're looking for a Social Media Expert to help us do it.
This is a freelance, 1099 position at up to 20 hours per week. Remote, with the option to work from our St. George office if you're local.
What you'll be doing
- Managing social media accounts for multiple clients, with daily/weekly posting
- Editing video content for social (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Writing captions that sound like the brand, not like a template
- Building out content strategy and planning calendars
- Creating content from the ground up, not just scheduling what's handed to you
- Running content shoots with clients, shot on iPhone
- Researching trends and generating content ideas clients haven't thought of yet
- Pulling and reporting on analytics to show what's actually working
What you bring
- Real experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house)
- Comfort filming and directing iPhone content shoots. You can walk into a shoot and run it
- Video editing chops; you know your way around Edits (or a similar app)
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Notion, and Slack
- A self-starter mentality. You spot what needs to happen next instead of waiting to be told
- The ability to learn fast. We'll train you on our strategies and methods, but you'll need to pick them up quickly and run
