We're hiring an experienced Copywriter to create customer-facing B2C communications for AT&T Business and FirstNet.
📍 Location: Dallas, TX (Strong preference for 5 days onsite)
✅ Telecom industry experience (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Charter, etc.) – Highly Preferred
✅ Strong background writing customer emails, customer letters, and service communications
✅ Experience creating customer communications for product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and service notifications
✅ Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver customer-centric messaging
✅ Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop polished communications
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI writing tools is a plus
⭐ Top Preference: Dallas-based candidates with telecom B2C customer communications experience.
