Compensation Range: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour W2
Are you ready to architect a high-impact visual design system for a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand? Partnering with a leading direct-to-consumer fundraising platform, you will lead the evolution of their lifecycle email marketing framework from the ground up. This contract opportunity offers a flexible, phase-based schedule where you can showcase your expertise in modular design systems while building high-converting, accessible digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Architect a modular, accessible email component library in Figma to scale lifecycle marketing journeys across diverse audience segments.
- Standardize desktop and mobile layouts using controlled flex components to elevate visual consistency and drive engagement.
- Author comprehensive documentation and design system guidelines to streamline seamless production handoffs for external agency partners.
- Partner with CRM leaders and copywriters to integrate brand systems into scalable, multi-channel email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of specialized digital design experience with an emphasis on lifecycle, CRM, and email marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a proven track record of building reusable, responsive component systems.
- Demonstrated success designing within established brand guidelines while adhering to responsive and accessibility design standards.
- Strong collaborative expertise partnering directly with cross-functional CRM stakeholders, copywriters, and external marketing agencies.
