Seeking a highly organized and communication-focused contractor to support the U.S. Wealth Management Advisor LinkedIn Program, which serves more than 5,000 advisors nationwide. This role is focused exclusively on LinkedIn program operations and administration (no other social media platforms). Light content creation will be needed.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively work across multiple teams, manage advisor requests, coordinate onboarding activities, support reporting efforts, and help maintain program resources and processes.
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in:
- Marketing support
- Program coordination/administration
- Social media support
- Light content creation
- Client service or stakeholder support
- Experience supporting LinkedIn initiatives or familiarity with the
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Advisor LinkedIn Program inbox and respond to advisor questions
- Support onboarding activities for advisors using LinkedIn tools and platforms
- Coordinate account setup, approvals, and access requests
- Maintain program documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources
- Communicate updates, status reports, and follow-ups with advisors and internal teams
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support program operations
- Assist with content library administration and publishing processes
- Pull routine metrics and support reporting activities
- Provide basic support for LinkedIn content workflows, including copy edits and creative request coordination
- Support ad hoc project initiatives, training rollouts, change communications, and user migrations

The salary range for this position is $65k to $78k. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
