Role Description The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Willowbrook, IL. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual and written content that brings the Voulez Vous world to life across social media and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, capturing photo and video assets during rehearsals and events, editing content for various formats, and publishing posts that align with brand voice and aesthetic. The role also includes community management, such as responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and coordinating social media collaborations. This team member will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and operations to support pre-opening campaigns, promotional initiatives, and ongoing storytelling that drives brand awareness and guest engagement.

Voulez-Vous Cabaret Lounge is seeking a creative, trend-driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team ahead of our grand opening.
We're looking for someone who can create visually stunning content while helping grow our digital presence. If you're passionate about luxury hospitality, nightlife, fashion, and social media, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture the atmosphere of the venue, live performances, signature cocktails, cuisine, and guest experiences.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and transform them into engaging, on-brand content.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and content shoots.
- Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to grow our online community.
Qualifications
- Previous experience creating content and managing social media accounts.
- Strong videography, photography, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- A creative eye with a passion for luxury hospitality, entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
