FROSTÉ is an emerging frozen skincare brand creating fresh, visually exciting face masks designed to transform an everyday skincare routine into a cooling self-care experience.
Our products combine ingredients such as oats, matcha, turmeric, coffee, botanical powders, oils, butters and yogurt-based formulations. We are building a colorful, modern and premium brand that feels playful, innovative and luxurious.
We are looking for a creative Content Creator who can help bring the FROSTÉ brand to life across Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
Position Overview
The Content Creator will plan, film, edit and publish engaging short-form content featuring FROSTÉ products, ingredients, packaging and brand story.
The ideal candidate understands beauty and skincare content, follows social-media trends and knows how to create videos that are visually appealing, educational and authentic.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys developing creative concepts, filming product demonstrations and turning a new beauty product into engaging social content.
Responsibilities
- Create approximately 12–16 short-form videos or Reels each month.
- Create approximately 8–10 product photos, graphics or carousel posts each month.
- Film product demonstrations, texture shots, frozen-mask reveals and skincare-routine content.
- Develop educational content about ingredients and product usage.
- Create behind-the-scenes content showing product preparation, filling, packaging and brand development.
- Write captions, hooks, calls to action and relevant hashtags.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor beauty trends, trending audio and popular content formats.
- Help maintain a consistent FROSTÉ visual identity and brand voice.
- Organize and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Repurpose content across multiple social-media platforms.
- Review basic performance metrics and recommend ways to improve engagement.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on campaigns, product launches and promotional ideas.

The creator may produce content such as:
- Application videos
- Before-and-after routine content
- Product texture and close-up videos
- “Get ready with me” skincare routines
- Ingredient spotlight videos
- Product-freezing and thawing demonstrations
- Packaging and unboxing videos
Qualifications
- Experience creating social-media content for beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Ability to film clear, attractive videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar tools.
- Strong sense of lighting, composition, styling and visual storytelling.
- Ability to write engaging captions and attention-grabbing video hooks.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Reliable, organized and able to meet monthly deadlines.
- Photography, graphic-design or influencer-marketing experience is a plus.
Expected Deliverables
Each month, the Content Creator will be expected to provide approximately:
- 12–16 edited Reels or short-form videos
- 8–10 photos, graphics or carousel posts
- Captions and recommended hashtags
- A monthly content calendar
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, portfolio quality, production responsibilities and monthly deliverables.
