As our TikTok Shop business continues to grow, we're expanding beyond a single TikTok account into a family of niche-specific channels that connect with distinct customer communities and showcase different parts of our product assortment. What We're Looking For
We're looking for a TikTok Shop Content Creator who is fluent in both Spanish and English to help build the next generation of Shoebacca's TikTok Shop business through engaging, high-performing, shoppable short-form content.
We're searching for someone who is passionate about short-form video, excited to experiment with new creative ideas, and eager to create content that doesn't just capture attention—it inspires customers to discover and shop our products.
Overview
You'll serve as the primary content creator for two new accounts:
- Spanish-Language Channel – Bringing Shoebacca's successful content approach to a Spanish-speaking audience through authentic, culturally relevant storytelling.
- Outlet Channel – Showcasing great deals, value-driven products, and clearance assortments through engaging, trend-driven content.
Working from strategies developed by our TikTok team, you'll create content that reflects the audience, creative identity, and product assortment of each channel while having the freedom to test new ideas, explore trends, and continuously refine your work.
This is a hands-on, on-camera role where you'll brainstorm, film, edit, publish, and optimize content from start to finish. All content is filmed and edited in-house at our Irving, TX office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish a high volume of shoppable short-form TikTok content while meeting weekly content goals and supporting increased output during promotional events.
- Brainstorm, script, film, edit, and publish engaging product-focused videos, including try-ons, styling videos, unboxings, on-foot reviews, trending concepts, and promotional campaigns.
- Execute the creative identity of your assigned channels through consistent editing style, captions, voice, and overall presentation.
- Create authentic on-camera and voiceover content in both English and Spanish, tailoring content to the unique audience of each channel.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and emerging content formats while using research tools (such as Euka) to identify and adapt high-performing creative concepts.
- Tag products and optimize content for TikTok Shop to support product discovery and conversion.
- Respond to comments and engage with the community to build authentic relationships and encourage conversation.
- Monitor content performance, prepare and share weekly reporting and creative insights, and use data to continuously improve future content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and the TikTok team to ensure content aligns with current priorities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to create authentic on-camera and voiceover content in both languages.
- 1–3+ years of experience creating, filming, editing, and publishing short-form video content for TikTok or other social platforms.
- Confident appearing on camera and creating engaging video content.
- Portfolio or active TikTok account showcasing your content creation skills (required).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for TikTok Shop or other shoppable social platforms.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video.
- Familiarity with social analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Experience engaging with online communities or managing social engagement for a brand.
