Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist I (DIGMS1) supports digital marketing initiatives through the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud. This role is responsible for creating marketing assets, managing campaign execution, maintaining audience segmentation, and supporting campaign analytics while ensuring compliance with industry standards and marketing best practices.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in marketing automation platforms with a strong focus on email marketing execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.
- Create and maintain email templates, audience segments, landing pages, and embedded forms.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and delivered according to established schedules.
- Support campaign testing, validation, and quality assurance prior to deployment.
Marketing Automation
- Manage campaign workflows within Oracle Eloqua.
- Maintain audience segmentation and marketing databases.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with campaign optimization.
- Generate and maintain Eloqua campaign reports and analytics.
Campaign Optimization
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and company standards.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple marketing projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings using Microsoft Teams.
- Provide campaign updates and marketing support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
