Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid Graphic Designer role, located in the Greater Hartford area, with flexibility for remote work. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging materials, including graphics, branding elements, and logo designs. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring consistency in branding, working on graphic design projects, and creating visual content for marketing and communications. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality, impactful designs that align with the company’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create compelling visuals that align with brand identity
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to establish cohesive brand elements
- Strong skills in Typography and design principles to ensure high-quality creative output
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
