Paid Social Manager – Direct Hire

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 or Stamford, CT 06902 - 100% onsite

Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead paid social media strategy, campaign execution, and optimization across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. This role will manage and mentor a team of Paid Social Buyers and Associates while partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Paid Social professionals.
Develop and recommend paid social strategies, tactics, and optimization plans.
Manage direct response and brand awareness campaigns across major social platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams including planning, strategy, buying, Ad Operations, and programmatic.
Analyze campaign budgets, creative, audiences, timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve client objectives.
Prepare campaign reporting, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Present strategies, performance insights, and paid social capabilities to clients.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and advertising products.
Train team members on paid social strategy, implementation, testing, optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–7 years of paid social media experience in an agency or in-house environment.
Strong experience with paid social planning, buying, reporting, analytics, and optimization.
Knowledge of social platform algorithms, ad products, and optimization strategies.
