Pay Range: $70.00/hr. - $80.00/hr.

Job Description:
TSR Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Omnichannel Strategist) to support a leading global pharmaceutical organization. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between brand teams, creative agencies, digital partners, and media agencies to ensure successful planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical digital marketing, campaign management, digital analytics, and Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Translate customer insights into actionable digital engagement plans and customer journeys.
- Create creative briefs and campaign documentation for branded and unbranded digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Insights & Analytics teams to establish KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage digital campaigns across CRM, email, websites, HCP media, social media, SEO/SEM, mobile, and third-party platforms.
- Lead Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, forecasting, and project deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with brand teams, production teams, digital agencies, and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of digital and print marketing assets.
- Manage marketing assets using enterprise platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Veeva Vault, Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce, and Jira.
- Support process improvements and leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory and logistics for printed promotional materials as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4–7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Omnichannel Marketing, or Multichannel Campaign Management.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign strategy and customer journey planning.
- Experience interpreting digital analytics and making data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience managing Medical Legal Review (MLR) processes.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics (AA) and Tableau.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, Veeva Vault, Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce, and Jira.
- Familiarity with CRM marketing, HCP engagement, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital media campaigns.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
- Experience managing agency relationships and production vendors.
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid schedule with approximately 50% onsite presence in Princeton, NJ (Giralda Farms location may also be considered).
- Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
