ABOUT RESTORED CLOUD
Restored Cloud builds adaptive AI simulation infrastructure for the U.S. defense sector — synthetic traffic generation, persona engines, and adversary emulation systems operating in air-gapped, classified environments. Active government contracts, growing pipeline, real customers.
We submit proposals across SBIR, OTA, BAA, IDIQ task orders, RFIs, and RFQs. You'll own end-to-end proposal development with significant impact on win rate and submission capacity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive end-to-end proposal development across multiple government acquisition vehicles
- Write proposal content: executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, past performance, capabilities
- Build and maintain compliance matrices ensuring all RFP requirements are addressed
- Coordinate technical inputs from engineering for deep technical sections
- Develop win themes, discriminators, and competitive positioning
- Manage proposal timelines, reviews, and submissions
- Build reusable content libraries and templates
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across SAM.gov, Vulcan, DSIP, and agency portals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7-12 years of defense industry proposal writing experience
- Demonstrated track record of winning government proposals
- Deep familiarity with SBIR, STTR, OTA (10 U.S.C. 4022), IDIQ task orders, BAAs, RFIs, RFQs
- Experience writing technical content across cyber, AI, software, or defense systems
- Strong understanding of government compliance requirements
- Experience in high-volume proposal environments (5+ submissions per month)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active Secret clearance (required)
- US Citizenship (required for CUI handling)
PREFERRED
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Direct experience with DoD agencies (USCYBERCOM, MDA, Army, Air Force, Navy)
- Familiarity with AI/ML, cyber operations, or defense simulation
- Experience at small or mid-sized defense contractors
- Familiarity with Shipley methodology
- Experience with Vulcan, DSIP, SAM.gov
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary: $80,000–$150,000 (commensurate with experience and clearance)
