ENO Brands is seeking a Jewelry Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with several years of industry experience who is ready to expand their creative influence, deepen their product development expertise, and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, and licensed brands.
Working closely with our Creative Director, product development teams, and global manufacturing partners, you will help bring jewelry collections from concept to market. We are looking for someone who combines strong design instincts with an understanding of commercial product development and a passion for continuous learning.
What You’ll DoDesign & Trend Research- Research fashion, jewelry, and consumer trends to inspire new concepts and product innovation.
- Explore materials, stones, finishes, and construction techniques to support seasonal development.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives that help shape future collections.
Collection Development- Design and develop jewelry collections aligned with brand vision, trend direction, and customer needs.
- Primarily support our Licensing Division while also contributing to Private Label development and showroom initiatives.
- Create original sketches, renderings, and presentations that balance creativity with commercial viability.
Product Development & Sampling- Create technical drawings and specifications for sampling and production.
- Partner with international teams on CAD development, renderings, and 3D files as needed.
- Review samples, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate on revisions to achieve design, quality, and cost objectives.
- Ensure designs are production-ready while maintaining creative integrity.
Collaboration & Client Support- Partner closely with account managers, merchandising, product development, freelance designers, and international teams.
- Participate in seasonal reviews, design meetings, and client presentations.
- Attend client meetings as needed and communicate key takeaways to internal teams.
- Assist with presentation materials and meeting preparation when required.
Organization & Process- Maintain organized design files, inspiration libraries, and working decks.
- Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and product tracking processes.
- Help manage timelines and ensure projects move efficiently from concept through production.
What We’re Looking For- 4–8 years of jewelry design experience in a brand, retailer, manufacturer, or design studio environment.
- Strong sketching, rendering, and visual presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Rhino, Matrix, or similar 3D/CAD software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of jewelry materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to balance trend-right creativity with commercial business objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
