Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Richmond, VA, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for the salon's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and promoting services. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media strategies, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and engaging campaigns. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the creative team to align social media content with the salon's vision and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and platform-specific strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Creative skills, including basic Graphic Design and Photography for crafting visually appealing posts.
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize social media campaigns based on performance data.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of trends in the beauty industry and a passion for fashion and beauty is an advantage.
- Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields is preferred, but equivalent experience in social media is also considered.
