Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Admin Assistant for a part-time hybrid role. The Social Media Admin Assistant will manage and optimize social media accounts, develop and execute content strategies, and create engaging posts to grow online communities. This role includes monitoring social media performance, engaging with audiences, and coordinating content aligned with the brand’s voice. Assisting in crafting written copy and collaborating with internal teams will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
- Experience in creating and managing social media content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment - local to Midlothian, VA
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with Stroll's core mission and target audience
- Efficient and saavy marketing skills and experience in event coordination (planning and onsite coordination using Eventbrite), Canva design, mailings, merch orders, client gift purchases, file maintenance, and spreadsheet updates.
- Photography and videography skills a plus!
Hours & Pay
- 10 hours/month to start
- $250 fixed monthly rate - possibility for increase depending on skill level
