We are seeking a
Freelance Presentation Designer to assist on a project basis to create engaging and high-quality presentations for our internal and external audiences . This role requires advanced graphic design skills and the ability to produce cost-effective deliverables which may include pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics and complex presentations, using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and is skilled at building strong relationships with clients, global teams, and internal support groups. Excellent communication skills and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and impactful presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and other relevant tools.
- Design custom templates, infographics, charts, and diagrams that enhance message delivery.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all presentations.
- Always consider the presentation use, venue and audience for optimal engagement.
- Understand and apply document, venue or other specifications for proper presentation.
- Work closely with various teams and departments to understand presentation objectives and content requirements.
- Translate complex data and concepts into visually engaging and easily digestible slides.
- Provide creative input and guidance to enhance the overall presentation quality.
- Edit and refine existing presentations to improve clarity, visual appeal, and alignment with audience needs.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, videos, and animations, to enrich the presentation experience.
- Proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
- Understand and apply the proper annotation techniques.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in presentation design or graphic design, preferably in the corporate space.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
