Marketing Coordinator (Freelance Contract)
A growing company in the consumer products industry is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a freelance contract assignment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who can support campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help maintain momentum across digital, brand, and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across brand, digital, and promotional channels
- Coordinate development of presentations, collateral, product materials, and campaign assets
- Help manage content calendars for email, social media, and other outbound marketing efforts
- Assist with website updates, digital content organization, and asset management
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals to keep projects moving forward
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics and help prepare summary reports
- Coordinate event and trade marketing logistics, including materials, signage, and vendor communication
- Partner with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to support marketing initiatives
- Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and workflow documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, brand support, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience supporting email campaigns, social media scheduling, and marketing operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Comfort working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
- Background in consumer products, retail, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands is preferred
