BabyBlu is a growing lifestyle clothing brand built around clean visuals, nostalgic energy, and a coastal-inspired aesthetic. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand presence, create engaging content, and manage our digital marketing efforts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, lifestyle branding, social media trends, content creation, paid advertising, and community building. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create visually appealing posts and reels, and help turn BabyBlu into a recognizable and trusted brand.
The right candidate should be creative, organized, trend-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to take a brand vision and turn it into consistent, engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a clear social media strategy that aligns with the BabyBlu brand, aesthetic, and growth goals.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional content.
Assist with photo shoots, video shoots, product launches, campaign ideas, and lifestyle content creation.
Create engaging visual content, including graphics, short-form videos, product posts, lookbooks, and promotional materials.
Monitor current social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates to keep BabyBlu content fresh and relevant.
Write compelling captions and brand copy that match BabyBlu’s voice and connect with our target audience.
Manage daily social media activity, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers.
Help grow the BabyBlu community by increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower quality.
Develop and execute Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, website traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend.
Recommend new content ideas, ad strategies, influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand-building opportunities.
Identify and coordinate with influencers, content creators, models, photographers, and brand partners.
Support e-commerce promotions, product drops, seasonal campaigns, giveaways, and email/SMS marketing efforts.
Maintain consistency across all digital channels, making sure the BabyBlu brand image, tone, and messaging remain cohesive.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience managing social media accounts for a clothing, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or consumer product brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, reels, stories, short-form video, and social media trends.
- Ability to create content that is visually appealing, brand-focused, and engaging.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, including Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create captions, campaign copy, and promotional messaging.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar design/video editing tools.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are strongly preferred.
- Understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and lifestyle marketing.
- Ability to analyze social media and ad performance and make recommendations based on data.
- Experience with influencer outreach, collaborations, UGC, or creator partnerships is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized, creative, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands what performs well on Instagram and TikTok, and knows how to create content that feels authentic rather than generic. You should be able to help BabyBlu build a lifestyle around the brand, not just post product photos.
We are looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, help plan campaigns, create engaging content, and understand how to turn social media attention into real brand growth.
Job Type
Part-time or freelance to start, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the brand expands.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
