Responsibilities:
- Tech Pack Development
- Translate 2D design sketches into comprehensive, production-ready factory tech packs.
- Create detailed technical flats (callouts) highlighting construction details, stitching types (e.g., flatlock, merrow, overlock), and trim placements.
- Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) detailing fabrics, trims, labels, threads, and packaging requirements.
- Incorporate clear tracking labels and internal version control within tech packs to manage iterative factory updates.
Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and dedicated PLM software (preferred).
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, PLM, PDM.
- Strong fashion and color sense of the Men’s market.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills with high attention to product details.
- Ability to communicate and interact with all cross functional teams.
- Knowledge and experience in Men’s categories.
