Overview
Coastal Painting Contractors is a growing commercial painting company based in Naples, Florida. We are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant & Office Manager to support our day-to-day marketing efforts while helping maintain an organized and professional office environment.
This flexible hybrid role averages 20–25 hours per week and is primarily remote, with 1–2 in-office days weekly at our Naples office.
This position is ideal for a student, early-career marketer, or someone returning to the workforce who wants to build a portfolio with real campaigns and real results. You bring the organization and energy; we provide the direction.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
- Schedule and manage social media content using real project and jobsite photos
- Support Google review and reputation growth initiatives
- Create branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Assist with website updates and email campaigns
- Support Google and Meta advertising campaigns under direction
- Keep marketing activities organized, updated, and on schedule
Office & Administrative Support
- Handle mail, scanning, filing, and general office organization
- Welcome walk-ins and support office operations
- Assist with maintaining a professional and efficient office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using Canva and social media platforms
- Located near Naples, Bonita Springs, or Estero with ability to work in-office part of the week
- Marketing coursework, internship experience, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow with the company
Compensation and schedule
- $18/hour starting rate
- Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Hybrid position with flexible scheduling, primarily remote with 1–2 in-office days per week
