Product Photo Editing & Graphic Designer
Position Type: Part-Time / Freelance (20+ hours a week) – Remote or Onsite

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Graphic Designer – Product Photo Editing & Packaging plays a key role in supporting product development and creative initiatives through high-quality photo editing, packaging visuals, and presentation materials. This position requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create polished, consumer-ready imagery for a variety of consumer-packaged goods (CPG), including cosmetics, skincare, bath & body, accessories, giftable, and seasonal products.
Please note: Only applicants with a portfolio will be considered (Product photo editing, Lifestyle imagery/mockups, Packaging, or beauty-related work preferred)
- Retouch and edit product photography for packaging concepts and product development
- Create lifestyle visuals and realistic product mockups using raw images
- Edit and enhance packaging visuals, including bottles, boxes, beauty products, gift sets, and accessories
- Maintain organized, layered Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator files and presentation-ready assets
- Support seasonal, holiday, and everyday packaging projects
- Occasionally create product catalogs and presentation decks in PowerPoint
- Collaborate with the creative and product development teams while meeting deadlines
- Perform related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent photo retouching, editing, and packaging visualization skills.
- Understanding of packaging design, composition, lighting, color correction, and visual presentation.
- Ability to create high-quality lifestyle imagery and realistic product mockups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain layered and production-ready files.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, product photo editing, packaging visuals, or related creative work required. Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, cosmetics, skincare, bath & body, accessories, or giftable products preferred.
