Summary
Chasing Rabbits is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our brand vision across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, experiential environment and is passionate about storytelling, entertainment, hospitality, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives engagement, growth, and revenue
- Create and manage content across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice
- Conceptualize and develop marketing campaigns for both print and digital advertising in collaboration with the in-house graphic designer
- Coordinate and manage advertising efforts, including media planning, ad placements, and performance tracking
- Write, design, and distribute regular email newsletters to engage and grow our audience
- Source, hire, and manage freelance media vendors such as photographers and videographers, particularly for events and branded content shoots
- Spearhead influencer partnerships with creative content creators
- Oversee the growth and marketing of the VIP membership club, including strategy development, promotional campaigns, and ongoing member communications
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with events, operations, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, lifestyle, or entertainment industries
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with creative teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and content management tools
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Knowledge of paid social and digital advertising strategies

Salary Range $70,000 - $90,000
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
