The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to own the agency's digital operations. This includes designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs for our clients to support the expansion and growth of the company’s digital services and products. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of our client’s products, services, and market goals. Proficiency in web advertising, social media, and web SEO/AI development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing, managing, and designing digital marketing campaigns for our clients, including managing ad spend across multiple locations and platforms.
- Planning and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy, and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
- Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including www.goodbrandcompany.com (home page and top-level sections), social networking landing pages, and mobile.
- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a marketing-related field.
Core Competency Requirements
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects across multiple clients.
Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services. Proficient with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Semrush, and a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc…
Compensation
- Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Employment Type: This position begins as a 1099 independent contractor role with a defined path to full-time W2 employment based on performance.
- Schedule: Full-time hours with a Friday flex schedule.
- Payroll: Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
- Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation annually.
