We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a variety of promotional initiatives for a financial institution in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating campaigns, managing outreach efforts, and contributing to both digital and in-person marketing activities. The role offers the opportunity to work across email marketing, social media engagement, event coordination, and media communications in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other outreach channels.
• Coordinate event-related activities, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing projects to help maintain consistent brand visibility and member engagement.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content to strengthen audience interaction and awareness.
• Contribute to media outreach efforts by helping organize communications and promotional materials.
• Track campaign and activity progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met across multiple initiatives
• Experience assisting with email campaign coordination and related marketing communications.
• Familiarity with organizing or supporting events, including logistics and promotional follow-up.
• Working knowledge of general marketing activities and campaign support functions.
• Ability to manage social media tasks, including content coordination and audience engagement.
• Exposure to media outreach or public-facing communications is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills suited to a focused work environment.
