Ettika is a Los Angeles-based jewelry brand focused on elevated, fashion-forward accessories that blend statement styling with affordable luxury. Our collections are sold direct-to-consumer and through major retail partners including department stores and specialty retailers.
We are entering a new phase of brand growth focused on:

- more cohesive product and campaign direction across all channels
We are looking for a highly creative and organized designer/art director who can help shape and evolve the visual world of Ettika across packaging, digital, social, ecommerce, and retail.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional corporate graphic design role.
We are looking for someone with strong taste, fashion/lifestyle sensibility, and the ability to help define and maintain a recognizable visual identity across the brand.
The ideal candidate understands both:
- creative/art direction
- hands-on execution
You should be comfortable moving between high-level creative thinking and detailed production work.
This role will support:
- packaging design
- campaign visuals
- social direction
- retail/buyer mockups
- ecommerce assets
- visual storytelling systems
- brand consistency across channels
You should also understand how to work efficiently in a fast-paced ecommerce environment where speed, iteration, and organization matter.
ResponsibilitiesBrand & Art Direction
- Help define and evolve Ettika’s visual identity
- Create moodboards and visual direction for campaigns, launches, and seasonal drops
- Develop cohesive visual systems across social, web, packaging, and retail
- Maintain consistency in typography, color, layouts, imagery, and overall brand feel
- Collaborate on product storytelling and lifestyle direction
Packaging & Print
- Design packaging concepts and buyer-facing mockups
- Prepare production-ready print files
- Work with dielines and print specifications
- Review proofs and ensure packaging accuracy before production
- Help organize version control and final file approvals
- Coordinate with internal team and external vendors/factories when needed
Ecommerce & Digital Creative
- Design digital assets for email, ecommerce, paid ads, and social
- Create launch graphics and campaign visuals
- Support PDP imagery/layout direction
- Help improve overall visual cohesion across digital touchpoints
Creative Operations
- Align on project scope, timelines, and deliverables upfront
- Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions
- Work efficiently within budgeted design scopes
- Balance creativity with practical execution and speed
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio required (fashion, beauty, jewelry, lifestyle, or luxury preferred)
- 4+ years experience in brand design, art direction, or senior graphic design
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling
- Experience with packaging and print production
- Experience creating production-ready files and working with dielines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Figma experience preferred
- Ecommerce and social media creative experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and move quickly

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
