Company Description
Bisque is a survey platform that actually cares if you get good data. We make expert survey design the default. Most platforms optimize for speed, not quality. That's a problem — bad survey design costs organizations billions annually. Bisque fixes that with AI that catches problems in the three places survey data breaks: moving surveys from draft to platform, catching bad questions before they go out, and making sense of the results. Built by Dr. Kirsten Lee Hill — survey expert, bestselling author, and advisor to organizations like the Gates Foundation and New York City Public Schools.
Role Description
Bisque is looking for someone who can make survey design look as fun as it actually is. We've built a platform that makes expert survey design accessible — and dare we say, enjoyable. We have a brand voice. We have a newsletter. We have a founder who is loud and established on social. What we don't have yet is a Bisque account. That's where you come in.
We're starting from scratch and we want to build something real — a product account with its own personality, its own following, its own reason to exist. Think Wendy's, Liquid Death, Duolingo (pre-drama) — brands that turned a product account into something people actually want to follow. That's the opportunity here. No baggage, no legacy content to manage. Just a brand worth building.
This is a great fit if you're someone who gets excited about product brands, thinks about voice and personality, and wants to be the person who built something from nothing.
What You'll Own
A weekly cadence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. For starters, we are thinking:
- 3 short-form videos per week (product demos, customer interviews, features in action)
- 2 static posts per week (user spotlights, customer wins, product moments)
- Stories 4–5 days per week (lighter, in-the-moment, conversational)
- Analytics. We want this to be a data-driven effort (of course)
You'll write the captions. You'll do the editing. You'll work directly with the founder, who has a clear brand voice and will be hands-on with approvals (we stan a self-aware queen).
You're a strong fit if:
- You've grown an account — yours or someone else's — and can show us what you made
- You're comfortable both on camera and directing
- You're excited about building a product brand, not just managing one
- You're creative, quirky, and believe that data can be fun
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with research, consulting, nonprofits, or small business owners
- CapCut, InShot, or similar
- New Orleans ties
Logistics:
- Part-time contract
- 10–15 hours per week
- Hourly rate based on experience
- Mostly async, 1-2 weekly check-ins
- Remote, with optional in-person shoots in New Orleans
