Temporary Marketing Assistant

Quality Media & Laminating Solutions (QMLS) is a distributor serving the wide-format print, graphics, and visual communications industry. We work with print providers, sign companies, and visual graphics professionals across the country, supplying materials, equipment, and technical expertise.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Temporary Marketing & Business Support Coordinator to provide coverage during the summer months. This is a hands-on, in-office role supporting marketing initiatives, website content, customer service, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
- Create and update marketing materials including sell sheets, flyers, spec sheets, and product line cards utilizing Canva
- Assist with social media posting and content updates on LinkedIn
- Write and edit blog posts, product descriptions, and website content
- Support email campaigns and promotional initiatives
Website & E-Commerce Support
- Update product listings, specifications, pricing, and images within our website/CMS platform
- Assist with product organization, tagging, and SEO-related updates
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding website updates and promotions
Customer Service & Administrative Support
- Assist with answering phones and directing customer inquiries
- Support customer service tasks including order follow-up and general administrative assistance
- Provide support to accounting staff with basic administrative and organizational tasks
- Assist internal teams with data entry and document organization
Tradeshow & Sales Support
- Help prepare marketing materials and collateral for tradeshows and events
- Assist with organizing leads and follow-up communications after events
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning website/CMS and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills required
