For this role, we’re looking for someone to join our writing team to focus on one of our core specialties: sports scripts for YouTube and other digital content formats. Our faceless mini-documentaries marry deep sports knowledge and compelling storytelling to transform powerful scripts into engaging content for millions of fans.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a strong writer with proven sports knowledge and a knack for storytelling. This is a remote writing position where you’ll be given structured briefs and tasked with delivering polished scripts designed for video.
What You'll Do
- Write clear, engaging scripts based on provided sports briefs
- Capture the flow and rhythm of a mini-documentary script designed for YouTube
- Transform stats, history, and context into compelling narratives
- Deliver clean, professional copy on deadline
What We're Looking For
- Strong sports knowledge overall (teams, players, history, culture)
- Familiarity with football (NFL/college), soccer (global), or baseball is a plus
- Strong storytelling instincts to make sports moments resonate as stories
- Excellent command of grammar, clarity, and pacing
- Reliability and responsiveness in remote work
- Ability to write independently without reliance on AI tools — all submitted work must reflect your own original writing

- Writing samples, especially sports or storytelling work (not required, but welcome)
