Associate Director, Experience Strategy

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong client relationships as a key strategic and business partner
- Guiding the experience strategic direction in relation to our clients’ brand development and marketing approach
- Gaining a deep, holistic understanding of client business objectives, challenges, threats, and opportunities
- Developing a deep understanding of customer wants, needs, and behaviors across the full journey (awareness > trial > continuation)
- Leading CRM and engagement strategy, including lifecycle planning, segmentation, and personalized customer journeys
- Driving Next Best Action / Next Best Engagement frameworks across channels
- Collaborating cross-functionally with creative, account, strategy, medical, and analytics teams
- Developing POVs around business-critical issues and emerging trends
- Mining insights that inform communication, marketing, and experience strategies
- Developing inspiring tactical project briefs
- Translating business and data insights into strategies and tactics
- Leading internal brainstorms and client workshops
- Participating in new business pitches
- Leading the tactical planning process from ideation through final client presentation
Qualifications
Skills / Experience Required:
- 4–6+ years of HCP marketing experience preferred
- Strong experience in CRM strategy (required), including:
- Journey-based engagement planning
- Segmentation and targeting
- Omnichannel / lifecycle strategy
- Personalization and triggered communications

Compensation Range: $39.05 - $62.49 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
