Are you a Graphic Designer with corporate client experience? Would you like a 4-6 month part time contract that is fully remote with a world class consulting firm? If this sounds like you so far we'd love to hear from you!
As a Graphic Designer you will create and manage the development of graphics, presentations, design concepts, digital media and other client-specific sales materials. Working with exceptional technical professionals, subject matter experts and others, you will combine strong creative and design abilities, project management skills and effective communication to a range of fast-paced projects. You’ll apply a sharp eye to detail and quality, with a solid work ethic, dedication to working as team and doing what it takes to get the best results. Responsibilities will include collaborating with teams across North America on high-priority sales presentations and related collateral, maintaining a library of materials, assisting colleagues as needed and serving as a go-to resource for design, creative and digital needs.
You Will:

- Be an excellence seeker. Bring a “we” versus “I” mentality without ego or agenda. Demonstrates a deep commitment and accountability to doing what it takes to achieve the high quality our clients expect and in a way that reflects our company values of client focus, teamwork, respect, excellence and integrity
- Be a creative contributor. Apply a deep passion for and understanding of how people interact with information and visuals to designing compelling sales materials for client teams

Easily builds rapport with other colleagues at all levels, quickly establishing a strong sense of confidence and trust
- Be a knowledge pursuer. Bring a thirst for learning and a willingness to step out of the comfort zone — both to take on new opportunities and grow from new experiences. Continually embraces new technologies, techniques and approaches to more effectively deliver messages
- Manage through tight deadlines, difficult situations and multiple projects with an ability to stay focused and unflappable under pressure
- Seek to bring out the best in people by collaborating with other colleagues, giving and getting feedback, creating energy and cultivating a safe environment for colleagues to share, create, develop and thrive
- Use design-thinking methodologies and creative strategies to develop customized and impactful graphics, sales presentations, digital materials and other sales collateral
- Work closely with HWCNAPG colleagues, client teams, sales leadership and other internal stakeholders on the graphical and design aspects of sales efforts and internal projects
- Offer proven experience working across a broad spectrum of media — documents and presentations, video, digital and more
- Leverage experience working with corporate brands, brand systems and internal client branding teams as well as helping effectively use and promote the brand internally — applying our brand to design concepts that “speak” to client needs and identity
- Apply relevant experience in helping non-design colleagues and teams to articulate design needs and develop effective, creative ways to meet them; inspire team members to adopt new ways of thinking
- Demonstrate your knowledge of strong design principles by balancing restraint with the ability to flex creative muscle — in the right ways for different audiences and situations
- Know that what you bring isn’t just “pretty” design, and that your work is translating a message and meaning that is as impactful as the content the design supports
