Are you a Graphic Designer with corporate client experience? Would you like a 4-6 month part time contract that is fully remote with a Our client, a world class consulting firm, is seeking a stellar Graphic designer to join their team on a 4-6 month contract basis. In this role, you’ll apply a sharp eye to detail and quality, with a solid work ethic, dedication to working as team, and doing what it takes to get the best results. Responsibilities will include collaborating with teams across North America on high-priority sales presentations and related collateral, maintaining a library of materials, assisting colleagues as needed and serving as a go-to resource for design, creative and digital needs. This is a fully remote contract for Ad hoc project work, as needed.

Portfolio Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of graphic design experience, with strong samples demonstrating their recent corporate design work.

You Will:

  • Navigate and help assess complex business and client-specific requirements to shape and develop relevant, impactful sales materials that reflect the brand and value proposition
  • Collaborate with teams across the US, bringing a “we” versus “I” mentality without ego or agenda

  • Work closely with colleagues, client teams, sales leadership and other internal stakeholders on the graphical and design aspects of sales efforts and internal projects
  • Offer proven experience working across a broad spectrum of media — documents and presentations, video, digital and more
  • Leverage experience working with corporate brands, brand systems and internal client branding teams as well as helping effectively use and promote the brand internally — applying the client's brand to design concepts that “speak” to client needs and identity
  • Apply relevant experience in helping non-design colleagues and teams to articulate design needs and develop effective, creative ways to meet them; inspire team members to adopt new ways of thinking
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of strong design principles by balancing restraint with the ability to flex creative muscle — in the right ways for different audiences and situations
  • Know that what you bring isn’t just “pretty” design, and that your work is translating a message and meaning that is as impactful as the content the design supports

You Have:

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience; experience with a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts or related fields
  • Passion for and experience with creating innovative design, graphical and digital solutions
  • Experience coordinating design and creative communications and materials
  • Ability to take complex and technical content and transform it into visually compelling and accessible sales material
  • Experience managing concurrent, complex and time-sensitive projects in a deadline-driven environment, including recognizing and collaboratively resolving any issues or barriers to success
  • A professional presence with project management, written, web and oral communication skills
  • Track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues at all levels and across various disciplines

Logistics:

  • Projected Start Date: Summer 2024
  • Duration: approx. 4 months contract
  • Hours/Week: As needed; These are for ad hoc work and not guaranteed 40 hours per week. Time will be based on the projects at the time.

  • Pay Rate: $60/hr
