The ideal candidate understands how to build authentic engagement, participate in relevant conversations, and maintain a consistent and professional voice aligned with our brand tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the brand’s daily posting schedule and maintain active account presence.
- Monitor mentions, tags, and replies to ensure timely and thoughtful responses.
- Engage with trending posts and communities relevant to our niche.
- Foster meaningful, socially relevant, and positive conversations aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Track post performance and provide insights for improving engagement and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align tone and messaging.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, crypto, or DeFi communities.
